This app exists on one principle: the farm's data belongs to the farm. Not to us, not to advertisers, not to anyone selling you inputs. This page says what is collected and what happens to it.
Your account: your name, email address and a scrambled one-way fingerprint of your password (the password itself is never stored and cannot be recovered from the fingerprint). Your farm's working data: field boundaries, cropping, records, stewardship options, and the photos and documents you attach.
On an encrypted disk in a London data centre, with automatic daily snapshots for safety. Connections to the app are always encrypted (https).
Running the app for you. Nothing else. Your data is not sold, not shared with third parties, not used to profile you and not used to sell you anything. The only outside services involved are the map picture providers and the weather forecast source, which receive ordinary technical requests, never your farm records.
Only the ones strictly needed to keep you signed in and remember which farm you are looking at. No tracking, no analytics cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
You can download everything from the Export page whenever you like, and you can ask for your account and farm to be removed entirely. Ask the person who runs your copy of the app, or the farm's owner account.
